ABOUT YOUR INSPECTOR

Tavaras Spencer is the Professional Home Inspector (TREC License #10331) on staff. Tavaras is a licensed Texas Real Estate Commission approved Professional Home Inspector and a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. He is also licensed to conduct Wood Destroying Insect Inspections(WDI/Termite Inspections) and perform treatments as well (Certified Applicator: TDA #0726870). With over 20 years of experience gained from working in his father's construction and home repair business, he possesses the expertise needed to ensure a quality inspection. Tavaras is a native of Eudora, AR and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

  • How long does the inspection last?

    It normally takes about 2-3 hours to conduct an inspection. This depends on size of home/building, inspection items, and number of defects found during inspection.

  • How much is the cost of an inspection?

    The cost of an inspection is usually determined by the square footage of the home/building and the additional services you may need.

    Example: Home/Building may be equipped with optional systems such as pools, septic systems or sprinklers. Or you may need a WDI Inspection along with your home/building inspection. These are all additional services with set costs.

  • Do we receive a report of the findings?

    Yes. A detailed computer-generated report complete with digital photos will be provided to you at the completion of the inspection.
